The problem has been diagnosed.

The solution is pending.

The Truth was spoken by Jesus Himself, the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

Scripture says:

"Then He said to His disciples, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.'"

— Matthew 9:37–38 NASB

Yet the truth remains:

The laborers are few.

Over two thousand years later, the harvest is still plentiful.

People are searching.

People are hurting.

People are broken.

People are lonely.

People are fearful.

People are wounded.

People are carrying trauma.

People are struggling with identity.

People are living without hope.

People are barren.

People are desperate for truth.

The harvest is everywhere.

In our homes.

In our workplaces.

In our neighborhoods.

In our schools.

In our churches.

Every single day.

Yet the job is unfilled because of our distraction.

We gossip.

We murmur.

We complain.

We argue.

We criticize.

We debate.

We consume.

We scroll.

We entertain ourselves.

We self-seek.

Meanwhile, people are crying out for help.

The broken are crying out.

The lonely are crying out.

The hurting are crying out.

The hopeless are crying out.

The barren are crying out.

Just as Abel's blood cried out from the ground, the cries of people searching for hope, healing, truth, purpose, and Jesus Christ continue to rise today.

Yet many respond much like Cain:

"Am I my brother's keeper?'"

Where are the disciples of today?

Where are the believers willing to testify to what God has done in their lives?

Where are the men and women willing to proclaim that Jesus Christ still lives, saves, and transforms?

Jesus still heals.

Jesus still delivers.

Jesus still restores.

Jesus still comforts.

Jesus still provides.

Jesus still performs miracles, signs, and wonders today.

And we need laborers to harvest for the glory of God.

Laborers who love with truth.

Laborers who serve with humility.

Laborers who pray unceasingly.

Laborers who disciple unconditionally.

Laborers who encourage all.

Laborers who point people to Jesus Christ.

Laborers who boldly share their testimony.

Scripture says:

"And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony..."

— Revelation 12:11 NASB

How much more should believers today testify to the goodness, mercy, power, and faithfulness of Jesus Christ?

Every testimony carries power.

Every life transformed becomes evidence that Christ is real.

People need to hear what God has done.

They need to hear how He healed you.

How He delivered you.

How He carried you.

How He restored you.

How He redeemed you.

How He changed your life.

How He removed your ungodly desires.

Your testimony is the seed that God uses to reach someone else's heart.

The Kingdom of God is built one soul at a time.

One conversation at a time.

One prayer at a time.

One act of obedience at a time.

The harvest is plentiful.

The need remains.

The fields are ready.

The time to labor is now.

Rise up, laborers of Christ.

The harvest awaits.
